MELCO PIPE WIPERS

MELCO Pipe Wipers are molded from a specially formulated compound that is resistant to mud, water, and oil-based drilling muds. 

MELCO Pipe Wipers are designed to resist cutting, tearing, and abrasion from a variety of drilling fluids. 

Pipe size cutting rings are identified in the center of each Melco Pipe Wiper. As the Pipe Wiper wears, it can be recut to the next larger available pipe size, allowing longer use of the wiper.

Single

Melco Single Pipe Wipers have a hard rubber ring molded near rhe outer surface to prevent the wiper form being pulled through the master bushing.


Dual Solid

Melco Dual Solid Pipe Wipers are molded with two hard rubber rings for reinforcement. Melco's Dual Wipers provide a flexable double lip where oversize tool joints and protectors are used. The wide slots allow mud to drain easliy.


Dual Split

Melco's Dual Split Wipers have two metal springs molded inside to allow the wiper to split and wrap around drill pipe when using a solid master bushing.
